Organisational model

RCH S.p.A. is the operational holding company of the Risparmio Casa Group.

In 2023, RCH adopted an organizational management and control model, in accordance with the Legislative Decree no. 231/2001, and Code of Ethics and Conduct. The main aim is to promote a corporate culture based on integrity, ethics and respect for the law, through the prevention and management of the risks of crimes linked to the administrative responsibility of legal entities, such as corruption, fraud, money laundering, and other illegal conduct that may involve the company.

RCH, gives importance to strategic guidance and coordination of external activities by its subsidiaries, intended to extend its ethical standards to all the companies of the Risparmio Casa Group.

Particularly, the companies of RI.CA. Distribution, RICA Trade and Risparmio Casa Invest, which enjoy managerial and operational autonomy, have already adopted their own organizational models and codes of ethics.
